I have been dancing for almost 25 years - although I no longer perform, I still spend a lot of my time teaching and choreographing at my local dance school.
A friend ( @TomTheArcher ) posted this online recently and I have to say, IT BLEW MY MIND!!! I almost cried as it was so exciting! Just like how audiences were mesmorised by watching the first ballerinas dance en pointe!
Anyway, all my dancer friends - you will love this! Even if you don't dance, you will understand ;)
